After you place your order, our designer will prepare you a sample of your obituary for you to review. This is called a PROFF.
How long does it take for me to receive my PROFF and how will I receive it?

1. Your PROFF will be ready for your review within 24-hour of your purchase, and you will receive an E-mail and phone text informing you that your PROFF is ready. Because of tight timeline, you will have a 12-hour window to view your PROOF. If PROFF is not reviewed within the 12-hour window, project will be canceled.
2. Click link in E-mail or Phone text and approve or disapprove your PROFF. please allow 6 Business days from this point.
When can I make changes to my project?

After purchase you will submit your content and your PROFF will be ready within 24 hours.
At this point ONLY corrections can be requested. AFTER PROFF IS ACCECPTED, NO CORRECTIONS will be warranted.
